2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

I called them twice just to be sure, I read the following part from the email to them:

Fees must be provided to the Immigration Centre in Montreal when you are scheduled to obtain your confirmation of permanent residence document.

Both agents told me that I would have to wait for the interview, and the receipt of payment should be provided during the interview. I have already paid the amount but did not do anything with the receipt.

Yep, I saw the same thing mentioning to present the receipt at the interview and jus tin case I mailed it to CIC keept a copy for myself an safe the PDF on my computer. Hope we get some news soon!!! Im so happy we are already on the last step!!

Finally!!! Congrat!

I been waiting for 3 weeks for their call or email to schedule the landing interview, can't help but wondering, maybe they need to wait for at least 5-6 applicants to fill the day . So more DM for Montreal office sooner we will have the date settle.

Which mailing address did you send it to?

I sent it to Alberta, I called CIC and they told me to send it to the office that it in charge of my file, even if Im landing in Montreal, the guy told me it was not a 100% necessary to send it but it will be only to "complete" my file, I dont know if once they know I paid they will let Montreal office know or not.

Anyway, Im so paranoic with all this that's why I sent it, and until now no call, email, letter, text, nor smoke sign from Montreal office for an interview, I guess we all are in the same situation and nobody knows how long to wait untill we get an interview date!

Is this true? You guys got AIP and DM by snail mail??? About CSQ, it's true. MICC sent me CSQ by snail mail. But, CIC will inform us the notifications by snail mail? Not e-mail?
