I was trying to get some info on Quebec Timelines - from the AIP to Decision made. Unfortunately we don't have much information to go on.
We only have a couple, MDNA's in total came to just under 8 months before their application was complete. All the other 3 completed applications we have, all came to 12 months.
As we don't have much information for Quebec, I decided to check a spreadsheet for Inland Sponsorship for the rest of Canada.
There is a lot of applications and they all came to about 11 or 12 months for the full processing time. Now these are for 2011 applications. It does seem like the time has decreased since then (if your file is straight forward).
I also checked how long it took from their AIP to Decision Made for their applications. (As far as understand it, the RCMP aim to complete background checks for immigration in 1 month). If something is flagged up, that can increase to 3 months or longer.
These are the dates from the 2011 sponsorship spreadsheet.

As long as nothing is flagged up, I would have thought about 1 month after the AIP, for the Final Decision to be completed. (If it hasn't been already).
I found some applications on their spreadsheet which are from Quebec (2011 Applications)
