What kind of bad reviews? I did everything there. They kept me there for 2 ours but did everything. They had the new forms.

The only thing was on that the person who filled the forms made some spelling mistakes and corrected it with liquidpaper, with freaked me out but he sent the forms like this. they were just 2 typos he corrected.

What is that you heard bad about them? I hope they send my app to the goverment.

Well aparently the personal was rude and not helpful, some guy had to re do it again since the xrays where not properly taken and for the blod test the girl was not very carefull while doing it.

I just all stressed and paranoic about every single procedure for immigration (as 90% of people lol). So I'm trying to avoid bad experiences and get worried ...

I thought it was ok. I didn't like the lady on the X-rays, but I hope she knows how to do a proper chest x-ray at least.

I think they are fine, no complaints. Could be better but if they get the job done its fine for me.

I had my medical done at 5950 Côte des Neiges, Suite 350, Quebec, H3S 1Z8. There are 2 doctors who are related (I think husband and wife). (You make the full payment to these at the start.

I found them really good, although it is 3 different places which do the full test. You do the forms at the doctors above, it is them who do the sample. Then you leave and go down stairs (same building) to another doctors/medical centre where you fill in more forms, they do your X-Ray. Then you have to leave the building and go next door to a real nice place, fill in one more form and they do your blood test. You then go back to the first doctors office where you see the doctor and he asks you questions, do the test where he checks your chest etc. (he was really nice).

You are then free to leave, with a paper you give to the cic.
I would recommend them for having the medical done.

I submitted my CSQ on Jan. 24 directly to their office, notice they charged my card on Feb. 1, this at least means they started the process, right? ;D

Ive never been able to got hold of someone at the CIC ánd gave up trying, any tricks you use?

How long did it take between the time you sent your papers to MICC and when you received the CSQ? ???

I sent mine (actually brought them to the office) 3 weeks ago Thursday, so I am curious. :'(

Haven't got an actual date but it was slightly after the 4 week mark. Once you see the money taken on credit card (if thats how you paid) then it will be soon.

They took the money on 01/18, so we should hear from them soon! ???

The thing is ... we see people on the spreadsheet who applied months after us and they are ahead of us. We are trying not to get discouraged, but it is hard not to. :'(

I know! The way they treat people is so dehumanizing! :'(

I called the other day because they resent me the original AOR without changing the deadline for sending them the CSQ and the person on the phone was very dismissive. I could hear the contempt in her voice. :-\

That's half the reason I haven't had my meds done yet, I didn't want to get caught out after a year and have to do them again. It seams there are pros and cons in doing it either way.

No the call centre didn't know why, and the letter I sent to Vegreville obviously got ignored. They need to have more info on hand at the call centre, cause really... people need to know what's going on - not just hey, app received....app processing....for like 9 months.

I got my sponsor to phone the MICC today to check up on processing time for the CSQ. I sent my application on the 9 January by mail. I know they received it on the 11 January as they signed for it. The MICC said my CSQ application was opened on the 17 January and that it takes 20 business days from that date.

So I should know by next week 21st or 22nd Feb, this should be the same for the couple of others sent the same time as me.

They can give you verbal comfirmation if you phone them, otherwise you may have to wait till business day 26 or 27 for the CSQ to arrive.
