@Shea026, Congrats!!!

Maybe, you will be requested to send some documents before your landing interview. ;D
Thank you for your good news! ;)

i don't doubt it.

I had given up worrying about it, as since I got my Open work permit I can stay and work here with my wife, PR wont change much apart from not having that worry about leaving the country.

I'm happy that they have started work again and that more people will get the results they need.

I just wanted to let everyone know that i got the email today to say that my file has finished being processed.

Now just the landing interview to go! Well the PR card too but that isn't a big thing.

Wow, wow! Congrats! ;D

FINALLY, jg84!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratufreakinlations!

I don't think I updated in here (posted in the inland 2012 thread), but I got great news about landing. I have a landing date of 10 octobre. IN CHICOUTIMI! They're sending agents up here, to our city, which saves us over 10 hours on the road, the expense of staying overnight in Montreal, and the need for a day of leave for my husband.

As of next Thursday, in a more convenient way than we'd dared hope (even though Tomorisu totally predicted it for me, haha), I will be a Canadian Permanent Resident.

Congratuladtions JG84!!! You must be super pleased :)

hi everyone! i just got my permanent resident card yesterday! im really happy to end this long proccess, the best of luck to all the 2012 applicants who are about to finish this process! this forum was very helpful to me, thanks! xx

WOOHOO! Congrats on having this WHOLE process in the rear-view mirror!

Congratulations snp, Serenity, sbea, QuebecOkie, mateo, and jg!!! So nice to see so many good things happening here and everything looking like it's on track for so many people now.

Merci! Your time is coming, too! They're really starting to bite into November apps now. :)

@jg84
Don't forget to update your DM on the spreadsheet! ;) Were you asked to redo medical exam?

@mateo25
Congrats! Now you can go to abroad any time!

@kanadskazena
Your day will come within a couple of weeks! :D

@ Tomorisu - Thanks, I'm glad this bit is out the way as the next bit has a more structured timeline. I've updated the spreadsheet with both mine and Sbea026's final decision. I had already done Sbea's but I had a problem with the spreadsheet.

@ Tomorisu- I haven't been asked to redo my medical yet, we will see what the local Montreal office does!!! I know they can extend the medical to 13 months though if everything else is complete!

@ QuebecOkie, thank you very much, I'm actually on the same stage as you, just that you will finish the next stage first! Hopefully the offices aren't to busy and we get landing dates soon!

@ MsJMo, Yes I am, it is good to get that bit out the way, to be honest it is probably more important than the landing stage. At least you know everything is ok!

@ MsJMo I can see them getting on and finishing the last 4 apps we have for this year! We are in the slowest time of the month for new applications

@ mateo25 - Congrats on finishing the whole process, now you can fully move on, well until you have enough days for Canadian citizenship :-)

@ kanadskazena Thanks, your right, with this being a slow time for new applications, they are getting back to the others now. I'm sure you 4 have a really good chance of getting AIP and Final Decisions at the same time as it has been a long time over the summer. If the background checks are complete, they will be processed together!

I just wanted to say that once my application is completed, I will carry on coming on the forum till at least everyone from 2012's application is completed. Hopefully they do not take to much longer!

I want every applicant file on the spreadsheet to be completed!!!

Just wanted to say thanks again, jg84, for the wonderful spreadsheet.
