2012-2013 Canada Immigration Application

Hi All,
We are planning to apply for Canada immigration for this year (2012). We are in Nursing proffession.
When it will start receiving application for this year?
When new occupational list will publish (2012-2013) by CIC?
Please advice.... thank you for your support

theres strong discussion going on that FSW will be freezed till jan which means no appl will be accepted till jan 2013

I am also plan to apply this year 2012-2013. I join with you. Any idea about Quebec process. Actually I try to migrate Canada. IT not in that NOC list, so I try Quebec, Consultant says after two month I can work legally in Canada.
