Folks, we received request to do medical and request for passport simultaneously. Visa Office Dakar
Timelines:
07/2011 - Application:
07/2015 - Sponsorship AOR:
08/2016 - Sponsorship Approved and sent to visa office, Dakar:
10/2017 - Request for Additional Info
02/2018 - Pre-arrival services letter
03/2018 - Request for medical and passports

Between - my mother has a valid medical to expire soon , 27 March 2018. I am not sure the medicals of the dependents will be ready to send everything in one package before the 27th. What can I do to waive mother`s medical? can an extension be granted? what reasons should I give? or should I re-do her medical to be on the safe side?

Permanent Residence for my parents, Please guide what should I do

1. We received application for permanent residence on April 11, 2011.
2. We started processing application on February 24, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received. May 2016
4. We sent correspondence on October 4, 2016. For Birth certificate sent
5. Requested information two times by MP only information we are getting is security check underway. Cic do not have any control on security che k. My dad was in army and retired about 24 years ago.
6. Any inputs what should I do

I have similar time lines. My dad retired from the Army too. Applied in Aug 2011. Mothers Security check completed in Jan 2017. My dad's security check is in progress since Nov 2016.

Hello everyone , I would like to get your input on this issue, when CIC sends a request by regular mail (not email), but it only shows on CIC tool not on the account at all, could this be request for medical ? or it has to show on the account online as well? in other words can they request medical by mail and not update it online ? I will really appreciate your response thanks in advance

you should have forms to do medical, did you get forms with parent's information?
also you can find forms if you link your application to MY CIC account

I have a question we received the fowling note on the( CIC ) I am wondering what could have they sent in the mail because i did not receive any thing yet , could that be the medical request ? ( We sent correspondence on March , 2018. If has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have do so as soon as possible. Please wait until receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required )

My medical expired almost 2 and half years....

Looking for some help from senior members here. Today I received the good news that my Parents name has came up in the lucky draw (2018) and now I am working on preparing the documents for their PR application. I just realized that my parents don't have a marriage certificate, they got married in 1980's in India and at that time they didn't apply for a marriage certificate. I will appreciate some input/ suggestion from those who were in the similar situation in 2011 or after, and has actually dealt with the issue. What are my option sin this case, would an official affidavit work?

Medical send within week but still not change in the status .

can anybody help .after we have done every request on the time .now will the next step .and how much can take time for ppr request.
can we hope everything will be positive ??
