I received it too. Question: In the e-mail, for principal applicant, they mention the sponsor's name, and not the principal applicant's name. I believe this is a typo. Do you guys have the same thing?

I got an email from CIC today!!!! So happy!! My original application was send on June 6, 2011.

Yes, I have the sponsor's name as well.

The same for me. I don't understand why they put my name as a principal applicant if I am a sponsor?? Is it mistake?

Yes, I have the sponsor's name as well.

Hopefully this won't be an issue. Last year they had a typo in the e-mails that they sent in late July, and then they had to send new letters again a month later.

Don't worry about the typo error last year we were missing one page of the document list and they resent the letter to everyone.
