In my case my son born on sep 2013 and we inform them so may be that's the reason.kcdasoju If u see there is lots of people on this forum they applied with me and got there approval on jan 2015 and finish there medical end of the dec 2015 like sonihope she applied with me so I think I m late but u know I called cic in between for status my file and one day there was one cic agent she was nice she just put req. behalf of me to cic and she told me I will get answer in month after one month I got letter that I m on queue and I did GCMS note after and before the GCMS notes I got letter for approval and transfer so my advice to all of u keep calling to cic and may u will get good agent he/ she can do something becoz she said that my time period is over and she can help me out. In GCMS note they said they send me for second review that's why it's take little longer .
When the cic sent me the letter for income apr 2013 to 2014 they said we suppose to maintain income apr to apr every year and we thought we have to maintain jan to dec and that's why they ask for income .but at the end income was ok for every year so they just give me approval

can tell me what is GCMS and how can i request GCMS notes

in my case i did receive a letter stating that the Additional documents that i have submitted is complete and no i am in Processing Queue on first come First basis. This was notified to me on 27th Feb 2016

Please note i am only trying to understand the time lines, i am not going to stop any one

when did you submit your additional documents?

When did they acknowledge that your documentation was complete and your application is placed in Process Queue?

Could you please share your information please

That's the link fir GCMS notes u can do online as well as u can order form from cic but my advice to do online because its quick and easy and u will get result for GCMS notes in one month. For form fill up u can get instruction from youtube video.

I applied for this around 9th March 2016, they said it would take 30 days

Oh ok then u will get the answer soon its hard to read GCMS notes at first but once u read it carefully u will understand and last to conclusion is important.so mow wait and watch.

I'm from India /Gujarat . U have to got o police station near from ur house and tell them or police clearance they will ask for few documentation and after few days u will get police clearance.

in my case too I got acknowledgment after 3 months (basically submitted Additional documents on 26th Nov 2015 and received acknowledgement on 27th Feb 2016)

what makes me feel bad is you have been waiting for almost one year.

I am not sure what would be my situation

Hi, Moudgill, how did you get the medical? by mail or email? if email, did they send it to sponsor's email?
I got my approval on March 9 and waiting for medical.

Im Still waiting for approval from CIC.. once we get Sponsors Approval, does anyone know the wait time for Medical? also by the time if your applying for
super visa for parent, while sponsoring on process how do i prove the ties in returning back since my mother will be staying with me once application is approved, Please need an answer guys help.. Thank you
