2010 timeline for TFW visa application

doea anybody have an idea on how long it takes now for working visa application to be processed in Canadian Embassy Manila...my cousins documents has been lodged in the embassy since March 23,2010,he received a confirmation letter 2wks after..it's almost 2months now and he have not received his medical request...can anyone share their timeline? thanks..

Here's my timeline:

March 6, 2010 - applied to Canadian Embassy, Manila
March 9, 2010 - received AOR from the embassy
April 22, 2010 - phone interviewed by VO
April 27, 2010 - received my medical instruction
May 11, 2010 - completed my medical examination

* according to DMP, i will wait for 2-3 weeks before i can make any follow-up regarding my application.

Hope for the best to all of us...
 
thank you for the reply...so it was 7 weeks before you received your medical request....my cousins application is running on it's 8th week already,he still has to wait i guess..

Yes, it was exactly 7 weeks when i received my medical examination instruction.

My work will be in Edmonton as well...

What is your work there?

he just received his medical instruction today,at last..

processing time this year is taking much longer,if i remember right during my time,i finished my mdcl oct 20, by dec 3 i already received my visa..

i'm a food counter attendant.... you?
 
Thank God he received it already. Tell him to complete his medical asap. ;-)

By the way, it seems we have the same industry. :-)

I really hope we could meet one day.... 8)
