2010 Parents visa issued by CPC-Ottawa

hello everyone

CPC-Ottawa try to clear 2010 parents parents files. I have some family friends all are getting passport request and visa issued with 2-3 weeks after passport submit to CPC-O.

New Delhi visa office: take it easy way. they are very slow then ottawa. New Delhi office working on still 2009 pending files.

Do you have any idea about the new applicants in 2014 ?
I guess we have to be more patient to receive any information from CIC. I have no idea what they are doing so far.

depend on luck. if office is CPC mississauga then file will going to your home country. if CPC Ottawa then u lucky. all processing in canada and very fast.
exmaple: if your file submitted on 10 may 2014 then they will start on your file april 2017 and ask update from your side. like income, police clearance, fee other updates.

it is my experience but not 100%.
