Approved or Rejected just this two words CIC or
LVO taking time over 6 months.

I think ur desion made is by mistake.coz its very soon that u have this sattus after mediacal.coz here all guys only in process after months of medical done.

May be you are right . But our ecas says
Lvo received our file 31 march 2015
Started processing from 28 may 2015
Got medical request on 24th june 2015
We completed our all medical on 14th july 2015
Within 30th july 2015 our ecas add two line
Medical has been received and
Decision has been made .
Now, how can I believe that is by mistake.
But I know one thing by this forum there is nobody got
PPR from our LVO Singapore visa office out of
2010 applicant ???

We completed medicals in Jul 2015, still ecas still shows IN Process(We sent you a medical instructions in July. Please provide requested information as soon as possible to avoid delays). I ordered GCMS notes and it says security screening did not start yet but it shows all other details correctly including medicals received and medicals passed. Visa office is Delhi, I am not sure how long more for security clearance and PP request. Anyone else in the same boat?

With all due respect waiting to see what happens next may be a mistake.

Let me give you a possible real situation example. Let's assume your decision made back in July 2015 was that your case has been approved and a passport request is sent to you. You have 30 days to submit passports to get visas and then land before the visa expires. The visa expiry will be one year from your medical date.

You have not received your decision but cic assume you have and just end up closing your file eventually because they did not receive passports from you.

I think Eric Leon is giving you a very good suggestion to order gcms notes. Please consider getting your notes.

Your daughter in canada can apply. The person applying needs to be in Canada. If you are in Canada you can apply otherwise you need to sign IMM 5744 which is consent form. They accept scanned copy of this form.

It's just normal 30 days. Does not specify working days only.
