· Original good conduct certificate (or certificate of no criminal record) to be obtained from the Cambodia police authorities. A certificate is required for each family member, 18 years of age or older, from the police authorities in all countries in which you have resided for at least six months; Residents of Vietnam should obtain police clearance certificates(Version 2) from the Judicial Department at your city or provincial level.

No, I didn't. It is the first time for me. If I want to send all of my doc with police certificate by courier DHL.
So which address should I use to send to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore?

Medical request will come to your parents.
If your address is outside Canada I'm not sure if it can be updated online.
Phone help desk at cic they will advise.

my mom also will done another xray on dec 30 .. our medical was done on sep 29
she also done 3 day spectum test
hope everything will be fine after final X-ray

any thing update. we are in same bote. we got 9 nov medical request. medical done 7 of dec 2015

which people visa office is Ottawa. they r lucky. soon getting passport request. which people visa office is home country then they need wait. may be between 6 months after request the medical from visa office.
