HI hina
I would say do case specific inquiry or try to call London visa office. you can also contact any lawyer, so he/she can give you better advise, what you need to do in this case. I hope you will find solution for your problem soon. best of luck.

Guys, just received this email from CIC - Ottawa. No update on eCas yet.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your medical exam results have been received by our office and your application is going through the required assessment process.

An officer will contact you if additional documents are required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this will delay your application.

We appreciate your patience and keeping correspondence with our office to a minimum and up to date. In order to process request efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

Regards,

Hi Mehul,

This is generic letter which everybody is receiving nowadays. You need to send this letter to your parents, they should show this letter to any panel physician, physician will do the require medicals and send results online ( no separate paper work needed). The physician will give you a form, you or your parents need to send that form with this letter to CPC Ottawa. Your case will not be send back to India. Once medical is cleared, you should be receiving a request to send your parents passport to CPC Ottawa.

Thank you very much for your reply "gursikhphysio"!!

That means I need to ask my parents to book an appointment based on this email to panel doctor.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share the news that my parents are now permanent residents of Canada. They received their passports back with Visa on Oct 28. We made a day trip to Carway border (Alberta-Montana border) on Nov 1 and my parents completed their landing there. The endless and stressful journey ended there with tears of happiness and we all felt tremendously relaxed. I wish all the best to all who are still stuck in this timeless game and hope they get to meet their dear ones soon.

Neemann, this is another generic letter which a lot of other applicants have received. It just means that the office will now ask you to send your parents passport soon. Congratulations, almost there.

I did my parents medical in 1st week of October. I am still waiting for any correspondence or change in ecas.

Do you mind sharing what address you sent your parents medical?

Thanks

Hello everyone,

I have received a sponsorship decision email on Sept 28, 2015 notifying me the sponsorship is approved and my case then transfer to HongKong LVO. I got an email from HongKong LVO requesting medicals and additional documents for my parents on Oct 5. My parents medicals were done on Oct 9 and additional documents sent and received by HK Oct 20.

But my ecase status for sponsorship is still "Application Received", and for PR is "in process" but no update on medical received or not.

Is this normal? I am kinda worry.

Please share your thoughts or opinions.

Thank you!
