Org application 24.01.,2011
Add Document asked by cpc m 30th July 2014
Doc submitted to cpc M August 2014
Doc received by cpc 16.09.2014 (Conved by cpc m letter dated 01.12.2014
Again vide email 29.01.2015 asked to submit IMM1344A
Form 1344 A duly signed by Sponsor & applicant sent to cpc M on 04.02.2015
My querry is as to whether any applicant has also received revised form IMM1344A
In view of above Can you advise whether original date of receipt of add document with fee and pcc on 16.-09,2014 will remain same or cpc m may change dated of current document IMM1344A

Every form have a version located at the lower left corner of form, if you look at your old form which you submitted, it has a date of IMM 1344 A (04-2009) E and that form should not have validate button.
Now new IMM1344 A form have a version located at the lower left corner, labelled as IMM 1344 (08-2014) E.
Since you dispatched all the form in August 2014, and new form came in the same month, they got a chance to send you another form to fill up. But you should hear from them between 2 weeks to a month, hopefully.

I wrote my mom's email on form Imm0008 but Im controller on her email and check it everyday.
I am still waiting for approval letter. I received AOR on Jan 23.

Hi Guys,

I have sent my 90 days documents to CIC on 3rd Nov' 14 and i am still waiting for AOR. I called them two times in Jan and Feb and they told me that they haven't started looking into it. Call after end of March for further enquiry/status. Is anyone are in same kind of situation who forwarded the documents sometime near to end of OCT'14 or First week of Nov'14 and still waiting for AOR. Let me know guys as i am little worried due to delay of the acknowledgements from CIC.

Have a look at the spreadsheet on Jeleni's posts and you will see the other people who are also waiting. I know its frustrating and how CIC work on different files is difficult to explain.

The timeline is so difficult to predict because at times there seems no logic why one person gets AOR and another waits extra time for same thing.

Even after approval we can also see file at same visa office such as Ottawa have earlier people who got approval on 6 Jan waiting for medicals and other who were approved after them get medicals already.

Maybe your next stage will be faster hopefully.

Congrates first of all for the step 1 approval. From now I am in the same boat as yours, I have received this kind of letter on 23rd January and still waiting for medical request to come. I don't know CPC O, how much time they will take. Also in this letter they also mentioned that, if local knowledge is required, they will send the file to local visa office (in your and my case it is same - New Delhi).
Will have to wait and watch, but as soon as either of us get any info, we will keep every body posted in this forum.

But since your parents are on supervisa and have medical expiring on Aug. 2015, i hope it will make your process shorter because of that. Let's see what's gonna happen in the next few weeks (hopefully, not months).

@ Lalu78 - I have seen from previous timelines that people are receiving passport request exact 2 months from the medicals done date. So you may get an email or post mail tomorrow for passport request. Please keep us all posted.

You are absolutely right. Received passport request yesterday Feb 18th via email. Sent passport today. Very excited. Hopefully visa will arrive in couple of weeks
