Yes your lock in date will be 2010 and you are correct that you only need LICO Not (Lico plus 30).

I think you are right that by adding a co signer when you meet the income will only add unnecessary delay.

Hello Friends,

My mom is travelling tomorrow from India i.e. Mon, Mar 14th and will be landing in Toronto on Mar 15th. I am little bit worried as she is travelling by herself and she cannot speak English. Can any of you advise the experience of your parents landing? Do I have to write any letter to carry with her or anything in particular we should be aware of..

If she cannot speak English, requesting for a wheelchair will be very helpful. Person handling the wheelchair, at Indian airport, will take her from the airlines' booth to the plane and vice-a-versa at Pearson Airport.

Also, plane coming from India to Toronto is full of Indian people who's been to Canada before and knows both English as well as Indian language. Most of the people are very helpful. Ask your mom to take help from fellow passenger.

Even at the immigration booth in Toronto, ask her to request for a translator. Make sure you write Sponsor's full address and contact number on a piece of paper. She will need it at the immigration booth.

Is there anyone who has a success in sponsoring the physically disabled sibling (over 22 years of age) along with the parents? I mean calling the parents on PR and including the sibling as a dependent of parents.

status disappear online
May 2015 rec letter as file completed in processing que
Oct 2015 CBSA informed my mom when visited USA that file status closed and when inquire it found its Office admin error
Approached MP office file reopen on Dec 3,2015
Feb 3,2016 online status reappear again and it shows Sposered link" In process"
MP office informed in March 8,2016 that file was approved and forward to New Delhi office on 3 March 2016
Today again when tried to see the online status the status again online disappear

Don't know what it means. Please help

CIC asked me to fill it out for the period specified which is from October 24, 2013 to October 24, 2014.
Which value do I include in the field "Total income available to sponsor"?
Usually it would be the annual income (Jan 1 to Dec 31) from Option C and easy to find.
But in my case, I have to include some partial months.
My pay stub would include the semi-monthly income (October 16-October 31).
Do I have calculate the exact income per day e.g. from Oct 24 to Oct 31 and add it to the income from Nov to Dec, 2013?
Please advise.

Months would be easier.
The difficulty I am facing is that they want from october 24, 2013 to october 24, 2014 which means partial months.
Yes, they have asked for Option C, T1 General & T4 of 2013 and 2014 as well.
