So I called CIC, they've asked me to contact NDVO as they are processing the file now. I sent an email to NDVO and also a case specific inquiry regarding the correspondence.

Ok , so you think they didn't send any letter and that it's just a online status update ?!.

I guess I should call CIC tomorrow to double check.

Need help from expert folks

Applied for Parents in June 2011.

Received email to send additional docs in July 2015. Docs sent August 2015.

We had a daughter born in 2011 after we applied but have not updated CIC yet. Sent an email last week informing them of the same. Have not received any reply yet.

Questions for you :
1) Will they ask me to send more forms and option c print out for 2012 to 2015. Last they asked was option C for 2010 & 2011?
2) Will the processing get delayed by any chance due to this update in information.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume your sponsership has not been approved yet. Please share your complete timeline (AOR Date ?)
I also got additional document request on July 16 and send to CPC-M, they rec`d on Aug 14. They asked me option-c for 2013/2014.
Today my ecase got minor update, what does your ecase says ?

Hi Everyone,

Just to update I received medical request via e-mail today,Sept 09th 2015.
Please kindly update on excel sheet please.
I have received forms with bar code,so that's mean will the doctors automatically send the medicals to CIC once it is done or will my parents has to send it to CIC, and will they give us any copy saying medical is done.
Please advise.

did you get sponsorship approval along with up front medical request. did you send these additional documents last year or did you send along with medical request. where did you get MR from CIC or NDVO. I am asking this because if you has sent last year, then now NDVO is asking again to submit these doucments. do you have any dependant. I also submit everything last year and now they requested again and its from NDVO.

My parents medical is done and now ECAS is showing "In Process". It seems that this status comes after CIC acknowledges that "Medical Results have been received" (Medical Received) but in our case it is coming before Medical Received! Does anybody have any idea why is that?

I do have a question if someone had the same status of parents application like mine and what happens next please advise.
Timeline is Sep 2010
And AOR received is March 2015
And now today the status shows as Application received and added another line as dependent that is my mother. Nothing else. If someone had the same status and what happens next please advise.

ecas is also showing my name and mother 'a name as a dependent
and one more line is we started processing on ur file as on April 24 , 2015 and we still waiting for approval
my AOR date is april 8, 2015

what is your visa office is it new delhi, mine is new delhi and I got an email on 1sept requesting some additional documents as follow;
IMM008 generic application form for Canada
scheduling A background form for each member
additional family information form for each member
travel history form for each member
A police clearance certificate for each member
original school certificate for dependant from 5th to current
A letter from school or college for a regular student
A receipt of landing fee
A medical form 1017E for each member
3 pictures of each member and print the name on back at least one picture for each member
A marriage certificate of parents
A marriage certificate of sponsor
photocopies of school certificate of sponsor for 10 or 12th to show as a proof of relationship between sponsor and applicant
original birth certificate for dependant

I hope this help if your visa office is ND, you can gather these documents while you receive your letter and they gave me 60 days to submit all these.

Why they are asking for these documents again? I think these are the documents most people already sent before the sponsorship approval.
