Nothing to worry ecase usually confirm receipt of medical after one month or so & ecase is updated on every Tuesday morning. I am sure Tom when you will chek status at 8 am morning you will definitely get emedical information received too. In our case medical was done on 20th may but ecase shown medical recieved on 16th June& ecase changed to Decision Made on 28th July I am sure you will notice changes in ecase soon

no Ecas is not updated still, It shows app received , I order notes two weeks ago. what about you, did they update your ecas or nor yet.

Just an update in my ecas:
today got one line more added in ecas the we started your prossing (date).
first the ecas is just 'in process' put under it just application received on(date)
But still no update of madical results??
Any guess please??

you got the letter that they received it but in my case my parents or either me did not receive any letter or Email that they received it. I just received the Email from cic in which they stated that you got the approval for your parents and request for up front medical like as many of other forum member receive and they said that they transferred my file to new delhi for further processing on 21 may, but after that we did not receive anything. is that normal or might be I missed something from delhi visa office. does the NDVO send letter to everyone. does somebody else same situation , please answer
one more Q Jassyjeff, do you got the medical request from NDVO or from CIC Canada and did you get the MR after SA or along with SA

Better still get a letter from one of the admissions teachers at your college explaining that the internship is a requirement to continue with the masters.
Get the letter on headed college paper and not blank sheet.
Mention your details in letter like full name, date of birth address etc......

Exactly, I second to that suggestion.

Also Seddiq, just to add... Ensure that your explaination doesn't just focus on the internship but covers the complete timeline to prove your continuous studies in one write up; from (1) your BDS studies to (2) the internship to (3) the current masteral studies and no gap in dates. Every month should be accounted for up to present. Godspeed.

If I understand correctly your sponsership is not approved. Please share your full timeline and what kind of docs they asked in april and when did you submitted.

Thanks for the response. You are absolutely right that it is at stage of the sponsorship application. It was last September that CIC asked me to send all the application forms and documents again. However because the checklist was missing two pages (and due to my stupidity I did not seek help or confirmation) and I did not submit the complete application.. Then I got a letter to notify me about missing document and finally In April, after providing the required documents, I was notified that "we(CIC) have determined that your application is complete... is now in the processing queue...". Now I just want to have a rough idea how long it would take till the next stage and what I should be prepared.. Thanks!

Lakha, I recievd email from cic canada that file is transferes to new delhi then I also recieved a email from delhi saying they recieved my file. In june got another email from delhi asking for updated forms and medical and pcc and they were the same forms we filled out back in sept 2014. I guess they want to check if anything has changed. I also recieved seperate emails with medical forms attached to take with us to the doctors instead of upfront medical. Delhi vo sends out emails if and when they need more info. I would check your email junk folder make sure nothing got sent to junk. ( I got all the requests from delhi vo including medical and after the sa)

My ecase did not updated yet and it still the same received application. Also, we didn't received any email or letter from NDVO for confirmation that they received our application from CIC. Same like yours we only received email from CIC which is SA letter and request of upfront medical. When you receive notes can you please share the information.

Hi All,

A new update in my file. We're almost there and hope everybody in this thread gets good news soon! The Embassy sent a letter via email to my mom's email address stating that the visa will expire in Aug 24, 2016. This process lasted like an eternity to me but it was worth it! Finally almost done

and says we start processing ur app so n so date.....

but still no approval yet, docx submitted sept-2014, Aor received date November-2014

is anybody knows now when should I expect any letter from cic ?
