It has been a month since i submitted original documents via mail to the Delhi branch. Recently received a correspondence via email and requesting the same paperwork to be submitted again via email. I find it odd and fearful that perhaps I missed a step. has anyone come across this issue or is this normal?

Please see the correspondence:

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. updated and completed Schedule A with details personal history from when you and your spouse turned 18 years old. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/23

Ø > Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. for both. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/23

Ø > FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate for both This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/23

Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/23

Ø
(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and send to the High Commission at the e-mail address. Unless specifically requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail.

Thank you

you are in a situation of looking at the glass that's filled with half water and half empty

i think not many folks left from 2009 batch, so i suggest you to post this comments at the following link (i.e. 2011) there are lots of folks active so you could get some answer

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/2011-maynovember-parents-sponsorship-applicants-join-here-t316460.960.html

Based on the information you are almost at the final stage of the issue of PR

information that is being requested is normal Background check and normal processes, if your parents have staid for Six months and longer in USA, it would be an issue. folks were saying it would take about 90 days to get FBI cleared

did you get medical request

best thing you could do is post you question in 2010 or 2011 fourm

link for 2010
