Well the instruction states send these forms when are requested but I would suggest to submit them now (as I did and other members here) just to make your documents more smoothly.

Do not forget to sign these forms with the date.

Good Luck and God Bless you.

thnx many times, Zahidkhalid

could anybody tell me who need to fill in IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM & SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM?

is it only the principal applicant or all family memebers aged over 18?

Sorry for my late reply. The answer is: The Princ. applicant only (but u should include all information for any adult in the application)(2 copies from each form).

Good Luck.

Hi All I am new in this forum

I applied for permanent residence on August 11, 2008 CIC London through Legal Consultants and received a letter on December 18, 2008 from Nova Scotia. I submitted my full application in third week of April to London Office. When I check my status online it is showing "we started processing on June 9, 2009" so I want to know when I can get my medical paper.

Application Send London Aug 11, 2008
CIO AOR Dec 18, 2008
London AOR Dec 23, 2008
FULL DOCS to London Apr 18, 2009
ECAS STAT "IN PROCESS" June 9, 2009 (Review Completed)

Thanks
Kunal

Hi Kunal,

Welcome to the forum.

Your timeline is confusing. How come you received London AOR before you sent your full application to them? Well with London Visa Office it is very difficult to predict. There are people who submitted their full application in July 2009 and already got their medical requests. While there are people who submitted their full application in March 2009 and did not receive any medical request until now. There are even people who submitted in 2008 that did not receive medical request and when they inquired aobut their status the reply they got is " still on background check"

As per my observation, those applicants who were quick in submitting their full application got medical requests very fast. Check out mine and yours, the 120 days deadline was almost over when we submitted the full application. See, until now we both dont have our medical requests.

With London Visa Office AOR letter, they mentioned that we must contact them if after 8 months from AOR date we don't receive any correspondence from them. If you got the same letter, and if it's true that you received that AOR letter from London in December 2008, then the 8 months waiting period is long been over. So, I suggest you contact them and ask them why until now you dont hear anything from them.

God Bless.

Dear Aspire

Kunal applied before the new regulation are published although the case is considered under the new system. ~So the 8 months letter shold be considered after the documents have been submitted. Generally speaking 10 days from the date of submission. So I would suggest him to wait until Jan. 2010 before make an enquiry.

Cheers,
Zaid
