I am May 2008 applicant on 38 o list. Applied under simplified application process

Applied: May 2008, recevied initial AOR only
File transferred to CIO Sydney by CHC Isb:March 2009
File transferred to CHC ISB:Feb 2010

Since then no Doc request
Status: " In process"

I dont know whats happening, any comments?

my sister applied on March 26 2008, she didnot know rule will be change and she sent her first application right to visa office. but she was so luckey her NOC was on the list of 38 occupations
any how she got her first Aor shortly and she thought oh my good i have to wait for 5-6 years from now. suddenly around march 2009 she got letter for 120 days submit her docs. and March 2010 has been ask for medical and few weeks ago asked for passport to get her PR visa. I am so happy for her
her NOC is 4131 and her visa office is in syria.

Update. Ecas has changed to Medical Received.

Send docs.................aug,2009.
File shifted to london....30 june 2010.
Waiting for medicals.
E cas............in process
Please let me know anyone of u hadn,t receive 2nd aor n file shifted??
