theres no need of transit visa for europe and UK unless u have 2stops in same continent

1-send the passport yourself and give them ur own adrs
2-i guess it depends on the country you live in,usually there r 1-2 available courier which accepts taking passports
3-ur passport validity is fine

Dear friends,
i am a Warsaw applicant in the post 2008 November category..i received my passport request 11 months after my medicals.it was on 19 Th June 2013...i managed to sent my passports on 23 rd June and it was received Warsaw office on 25 Th June. today after 2 wks no response from visa office.i sent my passports through TNT courier because DHL and aramex here in Dubai wont accept passports to sent.from tnt they told me that when my passports are ready i have to inform the company to take passports from visa office and i can pay the fees from here..i have a few questions to ask.
1.will the visa office inform me if my passports are ready to be dispatched?

2. i am an Indian citizen,i was in Cyprus when i applied for P.R.last year i turn back from Cyprus because of expiry of my contract. i told my consultant inform the visa office but he didn't,i came to know about it only when i received my ppr.now i am in dubai with my husbund .i inform visa office about this along with my passports. whether this can have any effects for issuing my visa?

3.my visa in Dubai have only 2 months validity.it will expire on 30th July. If i will not get my passports back this week it will be a problem for sure. hw can i inform the visa office about this.writing an e mail to send back my passports soon will have any effects on my visa stamping or not?

My application status has changed to "decision made" today

Since they've changed the status to Desicion made, im assuming they stamped the visas. Now what ? do I have to contact anyone to pick the, up ? I used Fedex and used their return service too.. but how would they know that it is time to pick up the passports ?

Did you sent email to VO to ask them send e mail when they are ready to pick up ?

usually they send you an email when everything ready telling you the passports ready for pick up.

yes
they will send u an email asking u to arrange the pick up service
and it is ur responsibility to contact FedEx or any other courier service to make the pick up for u
