Today i received an email from Warsaw that my passports with visas are ready to be picked up.

Can you please explan to me the way you courierd your passports please how you arrange the prepay of returning them

Congrats to you samoo that is very very good news.

I used Aramex and asked them for prepaid returned service. so you have to tell them that you are sending passports to the embassy of Canada in Warsaw to be stamped and then to be returned back to the same address which is yours.
After that write down the shipment number from Aramex and send an email to Warsaw with the number of the shipment.

In the same email Ask them also to inform you when the passports are ready for collection so you will inform Aramex to go and collect the passports from them, this is very important.

I am in UAE and here DHL does not have this kind of service for Poland, i checked with them before i go to Aramex, so where do you live?

And by the way, after you send them your passports, check your ecas status every day, if it changes to decision made this means that they stamped the passports ;D ;D , that was the case with me.

I live in Bahrain, Aramex has not this service here

Though some applicants files still shows IN PROCESS
