We passed an interview in Damascus .They started processing our application on December , 2010. Later they transferred our application to the Beirut (Lebanon) office on February , 2012. The Beirut office may contact us. But till now we are waiting our medical exam .
guys ! what to do ? who is in the same situation ?why we are waiting so long time ?

most of us r 2006 applicants, files transferred to Warsaw office, so i doubt that u will find someone wth similar situation to u!!

hi dear, all cases which have been affected by backlog and status changed to decision made in later december, have been removed from the CIC, inorder to start paying back the application fee
same thing has happend to few of my friends with the same situation as urs

Pls where did you get the information from, that blank ecas are about to be refunded or out of CIC data base. Pls share with guys

we are having the same issue, i cannot login into our account since beginning of january. but that has nthg to do with 2006 applicants, my husband already got the visa but we got married afterwards and i was added before he landed, the ecas got back to in process late september and suddenly beginning of january we got the same message on ecas, we cannot access though we are using the correct information.

we contacted our cic in warsaw, and they replied after two weeks saying that background check is still going on (regarding me). so i do not think it is related to the cancellation or retrieval of the files

PS: My husband's application is back to 2007.

11 people got PR in last 2weeks in iranian forum, all 2006 applicants, got medical in october-november2012

regarding ecas for the last 2 days i am getting "Service Temporarily Unavailable" i think it ia only a technical issue due to server maintenance!!

if you cant open the site its their technical problem but if you open the site and enter the information and get the error of invalid information thats another story

you are correct, except it was working 2 months ago, and suddenly it stopped. it happened before and worked again. in my case, cic replied to my query and according to them our file is in process. so i still think that has nothing to do with retrieving the files though i think they are updating something.
