dear i had a question, have they asked u in passport request letter to write ur eye color and height on back of photos (which u supposed to give embassy?)
do u know abbreviated name of ur officer(supposed tob in the letter)

They asked for height and eye color info to be typed in the email response for the passport request and no photos where requested.

Very good news
When you sent you medical
I received e mail on jan 2 they asked me to pay perment fee and the copy of all passports pages as well the heights and eyes color

I sent the doc by e mail as well by courier

I have no idea how long it will take to get the visa stamped on passport.

i have 2 questions for u plz
1- did they add the medical received line to ur ecas status? & if yes, when was that?
2- did they give u a time frame within which u have to send ur passports?

1. No there is no 3rd line in my ecas for medical.
2. Yes within 30 days i have to send the passport.

Did they gave you the option to send back stamped passport with DHL or they will only return the passport with normal courier.

Only by commercial courier by my choice, I cannot send passport by regular mail.

And i have also to prepay a return shipment by the courier so that they will return back the passport.

If you mean the request for payment of the fees, then yes, with the same email for medical.

No I mean the small white receipt that you paid the fees.
