when exactly on december you sent the docs? i heared that they are sending meds the same date you sent them the updates! is that true?

- i think they asks for copy of your passport to check if you have been rejected before for any kind of visa (canada or other countries), and to see which countries you have visited before, and how much you stayed there, so that they compare it with your travel history that you updated it with them before.

thank you

thank you

Asking copy of passport mainly to give the passport no. on PPR and other papers. Also to check if you have visa or visited any country but did not mention on your application - that happened with me, I had Canadian visa but missed to mention on the application form which they noticed from the passport copy.

You have two options:
1. When sending papers that time to mention in the covering letter that you missed to mention about those travel histories and apologize for that.
2. Not to mention at all, if they ask you then send a clarification same as above.

Hope for the best. I am also same like you June 2006 applicant but no news. Please pray for me, after spending 20 years in different countries about 3 years ago I came back leaving my job with a hope to spend one year in the country so children will learn the language and culture but the waiting time is killing us.

Not sure, if they process your file and found all ok then yes, if not processed yet then no. I found several CAIPS notes of different persons. Processed but no selection decision though created medical form with the CAIPS note but did not send to the applicants. Some others no comments about the missing documents, given above 70 points but not processed so far.
When you are awarded points for age means your file processed before the dead line of 29 March 2012 and hopefully you are not in the eliminating group. I request you to apply for another CAIPS note about 2 weeks later to see if they entered manually your latest status into your file.
@Badal789 & seniors,
first of all plz accept sorry 4rm my side bcz i m disturbing forum for 2006 applicant.
Dear,i never asked about my updated documents but i sent complete docs including ielts at the time when i applied.
In august 2012 i got my caips notes and there were only 10 marks of age,all other fectors were marked as O,at that time my BF'D was PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS ON 29-6-2012.
In november 2012 i got my caips again,,all were as O except age which were 10 & this time BF'D was PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS ON 15-11-2012.
Dear as my age marks were entered as 10 THEN what do u think am i safe or not?sel.decision or ps.dec not mentioned in my caips then have i assessed before march 29?
Plz help me and share ur expert opinions...now i have joined David Cohen for litigation.
Best Regards.
Jevan.
