Greeting to all whom received MR mine delivered to London on Nov 21 but I'm not received any request to copy passport just police clearence and bank statment and copy of fee check

dear IMM u can send an email to warsaw and ask if processing of ur application will continue or not(if u have lawyer he should send the email)
anyway from today all whom unfortunately affected by backlog can check their application status with their Ecas and if its written Dicision made and havent get medicals yet that means u r affected by backlog

I think all people who received a document update back in 2010 will receive their MR.

dear sep2006 , getting update letter doesnt mean that u will get medicals forsure
many of applicants who got update letter in 2010 and their documents were sent to warsaw after 15th december2010 are unfortunately affected by backlog because that year, in second half of december warsaw office didnt work on 2006 files for the reason of x-mas
thats why although some people got update letter but they r affected by backlog
so best way for getting sure about proccessing of the file is sending e-mail or checking ecas

if ur update document have been sent to warsaw after 15th of december in 2010, and havent received medicals yet, it is probably sign of rejection
theres a court in 16 th of januray in upcoming year for cases similar to urs, i suggest u hire a lawyer

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

According to CIC instructions DECISION MADE means that:

-Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

-Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.

-Permanent Residence Status Determined
If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.

Logically, I don't think it's sign of rejection, not? since i didn't update any documents yet. The decision might be positive or negative. what do you think friends, plz share your thoughts. thank you

alb07,,,,,,exactly same queries in my mind...mine also got changed to D.M 3 days before....have u joined any litigation group or not??some people says it is a gud sign and few says before medical request DM is bad sign.
Logically before asking update docs they cant convert our status to D.M.
