Dear, there must be a reason for not getting PPR, Better you apply for CAIPS note. Do not send now CSI because who are sending straight way getting form to fill up to get money back. With your CAIPS note you will know the reasons.

Good to hear that they resumed processing applications preior to 28-Feb , I was a FSW applicant, but now I am Ontario Provincial nominee , I do not know which one is better ,because in both cases I am still waiting
