I applied under FSW and my AOR last MArch 2005 and my e-cas status says "IN PROCESS"... and haven't received a letter after then... Is there a chance that my application to be rejected after a long wait??? I am worried of my application that it took that long and no medical request yet..

My visa office is Manila. Philippines. Are they going to inform us through postal mail only or also in email? I'm just wondering if there is any chance of rejection after a long wait. We don't sill received any letter of document update or medical request either. Does anyone here experienced the same?

Send an email to your visa office to inquire . the delay dose not mean that every think ok.
The chance of rejection is all ways there.
but your waiting will be take in the consideration.
