Hi All,

We are four in the family. My mom is the Principal Applicant (Federal Skilled Worker Class). CHC website says that they started processing our application in August 2004. In December 2008 we had also refurnished all our the then updated documents, however, have not heard any thing from CHC since. 2004 Federal Skilled Worker Class applicants from New Delhi, India, or even otherwise, please share your status. Any more wait after completion of 6 years since start of the process has now become very very painful, humiliating and disgusting.

Many Thanks.

Disgusting , Disgusting , Painfully Disgusting.

On 16th August, 2010 the below mentioned CHC link was updated and now the wait time for who had applied before 28 February 2008 from New Delhi, India has been updated straightaway to 90 Months (7 yrs. and 6 months) from previous 76 months (6 Yrs. and 4 months). Supremely atrocious!

Hi All,

The processing time now is 90 months as on 16th August, 2010 from the date of start of processing of application. That is way too much to check anyone's patience. I have written an email to the CHC stating that I have grown from a boy into a youngman since 2004 and have no intentions of growing into an old man waiting for Canadian Visa.

BTW what is 'File Transfer'? How would you know if your file has been transferred to some other country? What are its Pro's and Con's? Can I request 'file transfer' voluntarily? Also, Can I stop my file transfer? My online status is ''In Process', we started processing your file in 'August 2004''.

Many Thanks.
