My file was in process at New Delhi since November 2004. Right now it is no longer in process in e-cas. The time limit of 97 months has passed and I have now crossed 100 months. LEt me know if you have nay news on such cases.

In your case, you should ask the VO office that you passed the given time of 97 months.

Unless his application received a positive selection decision, it is probably been terminated under 87.4 of the regulations. That is why is no longer on Ecas.
