20 weeks and counting...

its been 20 weeks since i applied on 5th June.
Medical requested, and passed on 10th August.
after that, nothing....
raised several webforms, Singapore visa office says we're waiting for "external authorities" and the delay is out of our control... (they're saying this for 3 months)
applied for gcms notes on 13th September, and i still have not received it yet. they say its delayed by IRCC...
no online option from next semester, no refunds, no deferrals accepted... so 12k that i paid for the first semester, gone..

all is good, just losing my mind

I am sorry about this. I applied on 10th June and todate no reply from the Nairobi office. I have raised two webforms and they have not replied any of them. It is extremely painful what IRCC is doing to us psychologically. This is traumatising to say the least!
