20 days passed!! no post yet!!! Damascus-Beirut

2 weeks ago i received an email from the embassy in syria stating that they sent me the medical forms on the 2nd of may 2010, now we are in the 22nd of may & i haven't received anything yet!!! any similar previous experience??? can anyone help me please??

Hi Lebanese brother:

I will give my opinion here only but I am not an expert.......The Canadian embassies send their mails in the regular mail...not Fedex or DHL...so that,it takes a plenty of time....I advise you to e-mail them ....

If I were you, I would call them directly by phone or go to the embassy with a copy of their e-mail in my hand.
but wait to the next week as maximum then take the action above.

It takes 3 weeks approx, Another thing you can do,call Libanpost and ask them if you have recieved something?? I advise to wait for this week as well, if no news give them a call.

Thank you hassan, i'm calling liban post almost everyday, sent an email to the damascus office 10 days ago, & even went to the embassy in beirut but nothing changed..

Anyone out there with the same experience???????

well not yet my friend they sent me an email telling me that the mail usually takes between 3 & 6 weeks to arrive & that i will have to wait for it... here i am in week 5 now :s
