2 yrs Proj Manager, 3 year IT specialist will count as 4+ yrs experience ?

One simple generic query. Only 0213 is in the occupational list for IT people to be qualified for FSW category. . So if I state my experience in such a manner that 2 years in 0213 (Project manager)NOC and 3 years as IT specialist will I get full credit of (4+ years) and get 21 points for the qualification test. Or my experience is taken as just 2 years as the CHC has notifed only 0213. Kindly clarify.

1. You will get the point for all the work experience if designation/NOC is from Skill level O/A or B.

2. NOC:0213 is Management occupation and under 38 category.

3. NOC:217X is Profession occupation and not under 38 category.

4. You will get the points for both the occupation, that is 21 points.

I have taken a break from IT for last 3 years to help my family business. Eligibility wise I am okay. But will this gap from IT be a disqualification ? I intend to inform the CIC. Since it is not a paid employment, I am planning to get a letter from the managing partner explaining the situation.
