Hi

My ECA report from WES is showing my 2 years MBA (finance) degree as Bachelor's Degree (four years) in Canadian equivalency.

I have completed BSc. in EEE (4 years) & MBA (Finance) (2 years) both from Bangladesh. BSc. in EEE is shown as Bachelor's Degree (four years) in Canadian equivalency. but for MBA same is shown in Canadian equivalency. What is the reason? shouldn't be my MBA evaluated as masters degree?

& while applying for express entry, what should i chose in educational requirement?

Thanks

Thanks! but why my MBA is not evaluated as Master's degree?
Simply because MBA is not Master's degree and especially if it's from some private institution (or does it come from public university?) from Bangladesh. There are countries in the world where you can easily buy MBA certificate so of course that can't be the same equivalency as Master's degree from public or private university.

But in "Express Entry education factor" at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp "Master of Business Administration" is clearly shown in the University degree at the Master’s level category. That's a bit contradictory.

Hi,

Can you pl confirm your wes result summary. I got the following result
Canadian equivalency- bachelor's degree 4 years

Den I hv 2 details mentioned
1) bachelor's degree 4 years
2) My MBA degree has been mentioned as completion of 2nd undergraduate major from recognised institute

So is this 2 or more degrees or just 1 degree

While making ee can I enter both degrees separately and claim points under bachelor's degree itself

Si can u help with my we entry

Canadian equivalency- bachelor's degree 4 years

Den I hv 2 details mentioned
1) bachelor's degree 4 years
2) My MBA degree has been mentioned as completion of 2nd undergraduate major from recognised institute

So is this 2 or more degrees or just 1 degree

So in ee when I enter 2 rows for both degrees under bachelors itself I get 437 points
When I enter 1 row of bachelor degree only I get 405 points.

I am pretty confused whether to enter that mba degree or not as a 2 nd completed undergraduate degree

Hi Good People, I am writing for getting your kind help, please. Does anyone have an idea about evaluation of 2 years BSC (pass course) from National University of Bangladesh? What it came as Canadian Equivalence? Bachelor degree or 2 year post secondary education? Please reply.
