2 years gap after 12th and then completed Engineering degree

Hi all,

I completed my 12th in 2005 and then I joined Engineering in 2007 and completed in 2011.I have 70% in Engineering and am presently working as a Software Engineer.
I want to know if the 2 years gap will affect my chances of getting into a good Canadian University to do MBA. I am really confused. Please advice/help.

P.S: In that 2 years joined a college In Electronics Engineering but i wanted to do Computer Science. Unfortunately i fell sick just before the exams so i thought instead of repeating a year in the same college i can go to another college and pursue Computer Science Engineering which i like so much.

I dont think that really affects on ur case, they will saw the last academic qualification

The Gap doesnt matter if it is 2 year and especially before engineering. I have same situation. But got Visa.

You applied for January session and Got visa late in February. You must have deferred your session to May. Did you applied for CAQ again............

I got Visa on 14th dec. Came to canada on 10 feb. I deffered my semester to may and now joining UWO instead of Concordia. But you dont need to
apply for CAQ again if you are deffering ur semester or reapplying for visa.

Thanks a lot ... i have a question though.. did u work during the study gap?? i ask this cuz i didnt work in that gap and jus studied in another college and discontinued that..
