last week I got my 2 years Canadian working experiences points ,however, I will have my 2 year experiences until the last day of my working permit expiration date.

  • If I received ITA , can I submit it around May or I have to wait until June ? or very last day ?
  • If I wait until last day. so I will be no longer eligible to apply BOWP as it need to be done after received AOR.
  • its anyone in the same or similar situation ? what is the solutions ?

Thank you , and much appreciate your time.

Apply for BOWP right after the invitation.
By the time they start processing your application, you may have achieved 2 years already

If you want to keep the points for the 2nd year, you cannot submit your eAPR before you complete the 2nd year. If you submit your eAPR before you complete the 2nd year, then your CRS would be recalculated with only 1 year of experience.

Would you please provide exact dates - the date you started working, and the expiry date on your work permit?

Assuming that all of your jobs are full time and sufficiently documented to be counted,
Job 1 = 30 weeks
Job 2 = 7 weeks
Job 3 = 67 weeks IF you work until your work permit expires. That is exactly 104 weeks (2 years). You do have 2-3 days leeway, so it is theoretically possible to submit your eAPR on say June 16-17 and still have enough time to get the eAOR and submit your BOWP application. Of course you would have to get your ITA before then and have enough time to put together your application. You would remain on implied status until you receive a response on your BOWP application (meaning, you would not be able to leave Canada if you wanted to continue working).

No, for 2 reasons - first, you would lose implied status the second you leave Canada. Second, one of the requirements of the BOWP is that you are "in Canada."
