2-year work canadian experience eligibility

Hello seniors

I am on a PGWP and started working in Canada on July 4th, 2021. I am curious to know how IRCC calculates work experience.
When would IRCC count it as a 2-year of work experience? Would it be considered complete 2 years on July 4th, 2023 or earlier?
Also, if i create my express entry profile now, would IRCC give me points for 2 years automatically when according to their calculation i reach 2 years or should i wait until July 4 and then create the express entry profile with 2 years Canadian experience

You can enter the pool at any time if you meet the minimum eligibility criteria (it sounds like you do)
Technically yes you will be considered to complete the 2 years on July 4, 2023 if you have been working full-time continuously. Now the EE system only has months so the system will actually consider you to have 2 years on June 1, 2023 and award points based on that. So you may receive ITA before July 4. If that happens you can accept ITA but make sure you submit AFTER July 4, 2023.
