This year it seems after BVL they start processing your application, unlike last year when BVL means either decision has been made or very close to finalization. it's so frustrating not hearing anything after BVL for close to 2 months.

No, it doesn't make sense. Almost 99% of the people got their final decision within 24hrs after receiving BVL
