2 way courier-received OPR, Indian/SDS/Fall2020

My address is not serviceable for two way courier and vfs said I can drop directly to the blue dart office. After that there is no response from vfs side. How should I proceed? Anyone on same page?

Applied in first week of April
Aip on 17th August
Ppr generated on 4th November and received on 6th
Instruction letter on 7th.
Sent details on 11th but no reply after that
Today received payment link and paid.

I don't have access to my gc account only the agent has, so don't know about bvl. And this was my second attempt. I was refused once.
