2 UCI numbers

I applied in FSW program in 2014 before express entry was introduced but my file was returned due to full quota reached in the NOC i applied. UCI number was hand-written in a form with pencil in the returned file.

I then applied in express entry program in 2015 and dont remember mentioning the first UCI number written in the returned file. Upon completing the profile i got a new UCI number. This profile expired in 2016.

Now I am renewing my express entry profile and it is asking me if i have applied to any immigration program previously and the relevant UCI number. I am confused which UCI number is to be mentioned here.

The UCI to be mentioned should be under the 2014 application.
Upon your current EE AOR-IRCC shall assign you a new UCI.
