right, that's strange. were any exceptions applied that may have resulted in redaction of the information.

i got my caips but nothing mention by visa officer. nothing no notes what should i do now

same i got. There is no reason mentioned about my refusal. You can check.

how i can address ,, purpose of visit , i choose my program which of 12 grade level in quebec as i am grdauate now i have applied in University for pg program and waiting for embassy response

Your purpose of visit does not convince the visa officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your temporary stay.

Since the visa officer cannot establish that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, they cannot issue you a study permit.
