Can I create another profile for express entry without withdrawing the old one?

I am applying with my NOC ( not really in high demand) and the score is quite low for the recent draws but aiming to receive PNP from any province. I am thinking to create another prifile with other NOC in which I also have experience to have another chance for nomination with this NOC.

My question is if I create another profile could this be detected by IRCC? I know that this question was answered on their website that 2 profiles are not adding any chances but could this affect my application?

You should remember that the NOC you apply for, should be the occupation you have at least 1 year of continuous work experience in, and it should be your most recent working experience, and also the same position in which you are also working in currently.

So i don't think your other profile will be eligible for express entry.

Did anyone have experience of IRCC action regarding this?
