2 pr applications?

I applied for PR under international student with job offer stream.

As I see Express entry points are coming down. Can I apply for PR under express entry at the same time while my application is processing under different stream?

You can but you'll obviously have to pay the processing fees for express entry.

Once either of your applications gets accepted you can withdraw the other application.
