2 Photos for PR: Details on the back of ONE photo or both?

For the 2 Photos we include for the PR Card do we need to include the applicant's name, DOB, date, name and complete address of photo studio on the back of BOTH photos or only one?

It's says on the website (The back of ONE photo must include)

The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

It's pretty clear that you only have to write it on one.

What if I missed out writin photo studio details and date of pic taken. I wrote only my wife name and her DOB
