2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees

Hi Guys,
I have graduation which is assessed by WES and also have 2 year DNIIT from NIIT which is not assessed by any assessing body as yet.
Can I claim points for 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees? If yes, where do I get DNIIT assesses from?

I've doubt that certificate from NIIT will get you any points. However you would like to check with any of these organizations whether or not NIIT is listed as recognized institute with them.
