2 months of decision made but no ppr

I have decision made on my application since 2 months but no ppr yet!!!
did MP enquiry also but they said PPR in queue. also sent case specific enquiry but no reply yet.
Don't know what to do!!! please help

my timeline:
filled application on 18th feb.
Sponsor approved 28 march
file transfer to delhi 7th april.
decision made on 1st october

order your GCMS notes to see if they've sent the PPR yet. that way you know if it was lost or if you are still in queue to receive it.

I would email the office that is processing your application. You can call the CIC office here in Canada to get their contact info or find it online. I have emailed several times and each time the Singapore VO responds within a few days with useful information!

I am also almost in the same boat as Nick.
Basic Info
Ankara VO, Feb 2016 outland appliant, got DM in September, got first notes in October - it said at the last page Request PPR.
Update
Got 2nd Set of notes 4 days ago no change in the notes per se but there is this field called Special Program under APPLICATOIN at the top, it has OSI next to it, it was not there before.
I am yet to do MP inquiry, already did Case specific like 8 days ago no response yet. I am not sure what's going on and I am worried like what this Special Category is. My spouse's country of residence is different from the VO, so i am wondering that Special Group is because of that??!
It is totally frustrating, any light you can shed, please

What are GCMS notes? Never heard of that. I passed my medicals this week. RPRF paid for too. Awaiting DM. My VO is Singapore.
