My Noc B work experience starts from Sept 2013 to Dec 2013
Another Noc B same position starts from Jan 2014 to till date.
Both the jobs were like 37.5 hrs a week.

Problem is I needed extra money to pay off my student loan and also send money to my parents so had to do another job which was afternoon shift started doing it from the May 2013 and still doing. :( moreover I have changed like 3 employers mostly agencies due to issues with time. Used to be almost 40 hrs a week annd sometimes even overtime.

Last year I submitted all the t4s together to Cra while filing tax.

I need to know will it be an issue with Cec application and do I have to mention un skilled experience also in my application.

I suggest you mention everything. Since you have filed your taxes for everything, it's a smart idea to declare all the works you have done.

As long as both jobs are in NOC B, you shouldn't have any major problems. I still wait for seniors input on this though.

Best of luck,

It sounds like you have enough qualifying work experience (NOC B full-time from September 2013 to the present). The additional non-qualifying work (NOC C or D) is fine. It will neither help nor harm your case.

For non-qualifying work:
- You do not need to mention it on the Economic Classes - Canadian Experience Class form (Schedule 8 ), as the instruction guide says to "list only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B".
- You do not need to provide employer letters, T4s, or other documentation for the document checklist item "Work experience in Canada", as this is only for "qualifying" work experience.
- You do need to mention it on the Background/Declaration form (Schedule A), under "Personal history", where you list your activity for the past ten years.

Also to make sure I meet the educational requirements I would like to say that Initially I had done a POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM 1yr duration the used the credits and acquired a diploma in General arts and science doing only 1 sem (4 months) to get a 3 years work permit since the actual length of the program without using credits is 2 yrs so technically it is 2 yrs diploma program. Will that be an issue.

That's fine because there is no real educational "requirement" for CEC. Just describe your educational background accurately on the generic application form (IMM0008) and the background form (Schedule A) in the relevant sections.

The only problem may be if you appear so under-qualified for your job that they call your work experience into question, or if it is a regulated occupation (like medicine) where there is a compulsory accreditation that you don't have. Will this be an issue?

Also does the salary or hourly wage make any impact on the application. NOC 1211 SHOWS
Low Median High
Toronto Region 12.65 24.04 37.02

and I earn only 14.75/hr

Are you sure I dont have to mention non Qualifying work experience on background declaration of last 10 yrs. Woudnt that be hiding info although I would love to do so but since I have filled my taxes with t4s from all the employers thry might know it any how
