2 clarifications - WES for OPNP

Dear all,

At what stage do we ask WES to send the duplicate copy to PNP? Before the 14 days or after receiving any kind of acknowledgment? I went through the WES website and noted that they also send IRCC a copy and I need to claim a refund for that (based on some other threads??) since they charge approx CAD 75ish... is this still the case?
I am on my 9th day out of 14.. so should I ask WES to send the duplicate, or should I wait to submit my e-file?

In addition, my education is like this:
National Diploma 2009-2011
Higher national diploma 2011-2013
Bachelors degree 2013-2015 - this was actually a 1 year plus top-up

However, WES calculates it as 2 diplomas (2 years) and 1 bachelors degree (4 years).

So I am proceeding to claim 2 or more degrees, one of which is more than 3 years....
Although my total number of years per degree is only 2... please confirm that I can proceed with this, as it is what WES has equated it to....? And I upload my degree/diplomas, transcripts and the WES documents.. all of them.. transcripts show the course durations.. and that I haven't completed over 3 years anywhere... the last degree itself was a topup..... or should I only send the final degree with WES?

Hi,

Actually, you can delete the IRCC option from the request and you will pay $42 only for Ontario. Just select "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT" as a recipient

Before, then also attach the confirmation of duplicate order that was sent to your email under 'Education' as a proof you have requested WES to send it. It only takes 1 day for the confirmation.
