2 BHK APARTMENT LEASE TAKEOVER AVAILABLE FROM 1st AUG 2018

Hi All,

My 2 BHK plus Den Apartment lease takeover is available from 1st August 2018. It is a corner unit and a big size apartment. It is on the topmost floor with a scenic view. While the normal rate is 1200$ and the referral rate is 1500$ (out of which you get nothing of course), my flat is available only for 900$ including everything i.e heat, hydro etc. Only you have to pay the cable bill (which I have not taken), internet bill and the Electricity bill. Please let me know if interested.

bhp:bedroom, hallway, kitchen. That's not really the layout of Canadian apartment so I wonder whether this is truly a 1 bedroom.

Hi, it is a 2 bedroom hall kitchen apartment plus den (a small room for storage purpose) located in Halifax Canada. The address is 6967 Bayer's Park.

Most Canadian apartments have a living room so was this a 1 bedroom with living room and kitchen?
