2 Applications in same envelope.

Hi,

I sent 2 applications for citizenship in the same envelope (for myself and my wife).

About 6 weeks later I received notification via email that my application had been received and I also received the downloadable copy of the info for the test. However, my wife never received email confirmation of her application. I received mine about 4 weeks ago.

Should I be worried that she hasn't heard? I thought they would process them together and I am worried they have somehow lost her application. There doesn't seem to be a way of contacting the office in Sydney, NS.

the same thing happened to us, i received the email, but my husband not received yours, we waited one week, then we call to Sydney, is a long wait at the telephone, you have to be patient, the agent told us the application number of my husband, and i dont know if it was a coincidence, but after we finished the call, he received the email. :this is the number we called 1-888-242-2100,
